Somer Sivrioglu is joined by his mentor and Australia’s unofficial godfather of Middle Eastern cuisine, Greg Malouf, in the kitchen at Efendy for a one-night-only dinner on Wednesday 22 November.

Sivrioglu and Malouf curate a special seven-course menu. To start, expect burrata with eggplant, cumin gouda and Turkish chilli wafers, followed by succulent lamb with smoky freekeh, vermicelli and harissa labneh. To finish, there’s a passionfruit posset pavlova with pears, caramel and pine nut praline.
