Celebrate Mother’s Day with high tea in the French Quarter at NOLA. Dishes include lobster rolls, scones with bourbon-peach marmalade and blood plum jam; and s’mores with blackberry and smoked chocolate. This is paired with your choice of bottomless fresh lemonade or southern iced tea with peach syrup, lemon juice, and house-made rosy mint and Earl Grey iced tea.

Alternatively, bring the family down to NOLA Smokehouse to enjoy a three-course share-style menu. Start with the likes of Cajun-fried calamari with lime remoulade before tucking into smoked meats such as Rangers Valley black onyx brisket with house pickles and Lexington-style BBQ sauce. Lotus Barangaroo

Lotus Barangaroo hosts a modern Chinese banquet this Mother’s Day. Indulge in a selection of Lotus favourites such as oyster with aspen, butterfly pea flower tea sorbet and finger lime; prawn, calamari and ginger dumplings; and Tajima wagyu sirloin with heirloom tomato, crispy leeks and truffle oil. To satisfy those sweet cravings, finish off with a mini sphere of white peony tea mousse in a pink pearl glaze with poached rhubarb, soba crumble and Opalys white chocolate ice cream.
