New client, Devon Cafe, launches a truffle menu at its Surry Hills and Barangaroo venues. During winter, you can add a generous shaving of fresh WA truffle to any Devon meal for an extra $15. Or, try one of Devon’s specially designed truffle creations.
Surry Hills offers the Devon ultimate toastie with a melange of mixed mushrooms, spinach, poached egg, shaved truffle and porcini cheese sauce. If your truffle cravings aren’t satisfied yet, add a side of Devon super fries drizzled with cheese sauce and topped with shaved truffle.
At Barangaroo, scrambled eggs, bacon and truffle are encased in a buttery croissant to form the croissant royale. There’s also the truffle jaffle with truffle mornay, melted provolone and truffle mushrooms. For something sweet, grab a soft serve laced with truffle honey and honey frosted cereal.
