The Streets of Barangaroo launches its ‘Shake It ‘Til You Make It’ cocktail class series on Saturday 1 July.
Six venues across the precinct, including 12-Micron, love.fish and Untied, host cocktail masterclasses from Saturday 1 July – Sunday 2 July. Guests expand their spirit knowledge for their next cocktail party by making (and drinking) three signature cocktails. Delicious canapes and share plates are also provided by each venue. Graze on Bel & Brio’s charcuterie board before mixing an espresso martini; wash down manchego churros with traditional Spanish sangria at Born by Tapavino; or learn about native ingredients at Lotus with a Wild Botanist cocktail and mushroom spring rolls.
