Nighthawk Diner already provides an authentic American diner vibe and takes it up a notch to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Executive chef, Alistair Fogg and the team have introduced a limited-edition taco and cocktail, which will run for the week. Introducing the Baja fish taco, served with Baja spiced mahi mahi with coriander slaw, guajillo tequila salsa and fresh jalapenos. The cocktail special, New Mexican Paloma, made with tequila, grapefruit soda and lime. If you’re after something a little heartier give the new sandwiches a try.

Manly Wharf Hotel, Manly
Head down to Manly Wharf Hotel for a waterside Cinco de Mayo party. There are mini Patron margaritas for $12; tacos; and sepecial nacho pizza with beef, guacamole, jalapeños, sour cream and corn chips for $20.
