This Valentine’s Day treat your loved one to a traditional Turkish four-course feast at Anason. On arrival enjoy a glass of Lanson Champagne and a choice of the chef’s canapes, before sitting down to share a selection of dishes. Valentine’s Day Dinner at Bel & Brio, Barangaroo

Romance is in the air this Valentine’s Day at Bel &Brio with an Italian degustation curated by executive chef Davide Incardona. To start, sit down and enjoy homemade artisan bread served with olive oil, 12-year-old aged balsamic and sea salt; and the seared ruby tuna with a sesame seed crust, shaved fennel, snow peas, marinated artichokes, citrus dress and a pistachio crumb. Next dive into the homemade spaghetti with spanner crab, fresh tomato, herb and charcoal bread crumbs topped with chilli; and the carnaroli risotto with saffron, parmesan cheese, artichokes and caramelised almonds. Finish mains with the baked zucchini with buffalo ricotta and smoked eggplant mousse finished with parmesan crisps, aged balsamic vinegar and tomato pesto; and the slow roasted lamb shoulder with sweet potato puree, balsamic baby onions, demiglace sauce and crispy sage. For dessert indulge in the signature pistachio tiramisu served with savoiardi biscuits, Sicilian pistachios infused in a mascarpone cheese topped with fresh raspberries.
