Escape to the Mediterranean and enjoy fresh, authentic Turkish food this Mother’s Day at Efendy. If brunch is mum’s thing, the Van Breakfast is available with a selection of 30 types of Turkish breakfast delicacies paired with Turkish apple tea or coffee. For lunch, book in for the Mother’s Day menu starting with cured salmon with fenugreek, fennel and pickled chillis; and smoked eggplant with pistachio, tahini and yoghurt. Next, there’s calamari dolma with shanklish and sucuk; and lamb-kibbeh with walnuts and garlic yoghurt. Then tuck in to a lamb short fillet with eggplant and garlic yoghurt; and bass groper with homemade mayo and chilli flakes.
